Day 330 – Ice Droplets

We had a fair amount of rain yesterday afternoon and evening and after a night of freezing temperatures we were left with some frozen water droplets on the grass this morning. These were done hand-held at a high ISO (3200) . . . I don’t have a tripod that will let me get that low to the ground.  I tried to reduce some of the grain by taking the photos in to NIK Define Software.

      1. I really am enjoying your photography! I would love to learn how to be better but one step at a time! In the meantime, I do enjoy seeing each of your posts. Thank you! 🙂

  1. WoW… ice drops … beautiful caught – my pick .. is the last one, where I can really see the crystal.
No ice or snow here in the South of the country .. and hopefully Ireland will be free too – because otherwise there will be massive problems with everything under the sun.

  2. Now this I enjoyed… the last photo showed the ice beautifully…. and the thought of you getting down low onto cold ground like that put a shiver in my boots… lovely captures..
