We had a short, heavy downpour this afternoon after which the sun came out shining brightly. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to go out and capture some water drops on some of the flowers. It’s amazing how quickly things dry out once it stops raining. I was able to get a few photos before it got too warm and the drops were gone.

Beautiful! And I love the title 🙂
Thank you, Inga.
Delightful. 🙂
Thanks Zelmare. Its a beautiful day today – I don’t think we’ll be seeing any rain.
We’d love some rain here. By the way, we have the same wildflowers here:
OneSided Penstemon, Penstemon Unilateralis
I’m so glad there is someone who can tell me all the different flowers I have. I don’t have a clue what most of them are. I guess I need to get a book guide to flowers and wildflowers. Thanks for the info.
I usually get those from the internet.

says it’s for Colorado, but wildflowers don’t know from borders. I assume many are common to the West. She does a very good job of documenting them.
Beautiful… I really love that first one.
Thank you, Wendy.
