Finally!!! MyFavoriteHeron went fishing. Granted, the conditions for photographing it weren’t the greatest. Again, it was across the river, standing in the water in a shaded area of tall reeds, and with a dead tree stump in front of it. But you have to work with what you’ve got and at least you can see that it caught a fish.
I am still seeking a better shot and will continue on my quest.
