When I arrived home yesterday, the doe and her fawn were in my front yard. I very quietly got my camera and was able to catch a photo of the fawn peeking around a bush. It is getting big quickly and almost all the spots are gone.
At the moment, I am having trouble thinking the fawn and doe are cute. They have for the second time this summer eaten my pole beans and a variety of flower buds and blossoms. I used to like them, but….
Thanks Ron. Its sort of a love/dislike relationship for me. They seem to like all of the flowers I planted this year – and they just eat the tips. And they usually do it when I’m not looking.
Your caption is exactly what I thought when I saw that cute face with those huge ears! 🙂
I imagine he’ll grow into his ears in the next year or so.
Too sweet
He is pretty cute . . . even if he does eat the tops of my flowers.
That’s just amazing ~ such a beauty.
Thanks, Susan.
