Autumn is my favorite time of year.

After a hot summer, the days are a little cooler, the nights a crisp and the trees become a wonderland of color. That’s one of the reasons I like to travel in the autumn.

These photos were taken from various places I have been when the fall colors are in all their glory.

Gallery …. so beautiful … I love the autumn – my pick is … Lake Agnes and the last one with all the leaves on the ground. So beautiful.
Thank you, Viveka.
My favorite season is spring, the rebirth. However, I do love the fall colors and weather, and you have captured that extremely well!
I enjoy watching everything start to grown in spring, but here it is often cold, wet and gloomy. We don’t start getting consistently nice weather until mid-June. But fall is usually clear, warm days and crisp, cool nights. Ahhhhh.
They are all so beautiful dear Maralee, especially the last one fascinated me. Thanks and Love, nia
Thank you, Nia.
They all beautiful photos, but the most I like the one of Lake Agnes 🙂
Thank you. Lake Agnes is a beautiful place. You can only get there by hiking up a trail – there are no roads leading to it. But it is well worth the hike.
Good pictures, Maralee!
Thank you, Stefano.
A lovely set of pictures.
Thank you very much.
It’s my dream to take the CN Rail to see Canada in Fall.
That would be an awesome trip. There are so many gorgeous places in Canada.
Maralee… autumn has a special colour about it that you have ably captured… one forgets the yellows and autumn red hues when in the middle of summer… lovely captures…
Thank you, Rob. As you’re going into autumn now, we’re heading to spring. Do you get color changes where you are?
I love autumn. It never lasts long enough for me. Beautiful series.
I agree. I’m always happy when winter comes late and lets Autumn last a little longer.
Going through your color collection, each post gets better and better. I swear the first few photos were posters in a fancy art store.
Thank you so much, Bella.
