Autumn is my favorite time of year.

After a hot summer, the days are a little cooler, the nights a crisp and the trees become a wonderland of color.  That’s one of the reasons I like to travel in the autumn.

These photos were taken from various places I have been when the fall colors are in all their glory.

  1. Gallery …. so beautiful … I love the autumn – my pick is … Lake Agnes and the last one with all the leaves on the ground. So beautiful.

    1. I enjoy watching everything start to grown in spring, but here it is often cold, wet and gloomy. We don’t start getting consistently nice weather until mid-June. But fall is usually clear, warm days and crisp, cool nights. Ahhhhh.

  2. Maralee… autumn has a special colour about it that you have ably captured… one forgets the yellows and autumn red hues when in the middle of summer… lovely captures…

I'd love to hear from you
