Truly a stunning capture Maralee. Especially since they are so shy.
Lovely Maralee. My favorite part of Flickers are the luscious orange under feathers but it’s really hard to capture them.
Wow! It looks like you were pretty close too! What an exciting sighting! They’re so elusive and skittish when I try to photograph any I see.
