These plants are very interesting. Any idea what they are called? As usual your photos are beautiful!
I’ve always called them hens and chicks (I think that’s what they are). They’re very prolific. We got a single plant from our daughter-in-law about 10 years ago and from that we have about 200 plants. We planted them in an area that didn’t have anything planted in it and doesn’t get any water and they’ve done very well.
Wow. Come to think of it they look a lot like a plant that my father had in his yard for years. I think they are pretty hardy.
It is a fascinating plant… you got that right…
I like them because they’re growing in a pretty arid area and they look nice all year round.
