I’ve been so happy to see the hummingbirds back and just can’t seem to take enough photos of them.
I

‘m hoping to get some photos of two (or three) of them at the same time, but they’re usually chasing each other and moving extremely fast.

I like the head on shot. I hope that you ducked in time.
Fortunately he wasn’t aiming at me. 🙂
Fantastic captures ! What lens are you using for these? Would you happen to know the type of hummingbird this is? He looks different from the Ruby Throated that we have in Maryland
Thank you, Bella. I use an 80-300mm zoom lens. I’m not sure what kind of hummingbird this is. If I can figure it out, I”ll let you know.
I just saw a ruby throated yesterday. I think that is the only hummingbird in my area. Nice photos 🙂 Annie
I don’t think we get the ruby throated hummingbird here. I wish we did.

Thank you very much.
Lovely pictures!
For some reason, all but one of our hummers has disappeared. Just one day and they were gone. I can’t figure it out. Lovely shots, Maralee.
