My co-workers birthday was last week and she received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. While doing my 365 day blog last year, I discovered that I really enjoy macro photography and flowers are one of my favorites.
I had some fun in processing the first photo. I liked the abstractness (is that a word?) and wanted to give it a painterly feel. I did most of the processing in NIK Color Efex.
The second photos is pretty much what you see is what you get. I did a little bit of noise reduction in NIK Software but that was about it.

They could be the Swedish flag. My sister is a fan of the Minnesota Viking football team and she says it could be their colors too. 🙂
