After several windy days, I thought all of the trees would have lost their leaves by now. But when my boss called me to tell me that the leaves at Drake Park were peaking, I had to go down there to see for myself.
It was like walking through a fantasy land. The ground was carpeted with yellow maple leaves with a canopy of gold overhead. It was magical. I spent an hour there just walking back and forth among the trees.
