The more I photograph flowers, the more I love all the intricacies of them. These Gerbera daisies had a lot of detail to them. The thing I like about Gerbera daisies is that there are so many different varieties and different color combinations.
Unfortunately, I don’t live in a plant zone where Gerbera daisies grow well. So for now, I have to just buy the flowers.

Beautiful, so beautiful… I loved their colours and compositions… Thank you dear Maralee, have a nice weekend, love, nia
Thank you, Nia. You enjoy your weekend too.
love the color and detail!
Thank you, Susan.
Lovely shots of a lovely flower…I’ve got pink gerberas this weekend…think I will shoot them as well 😉
Thank you, Joanna. I love that they come in so many beautiful colors. I look forward to seeing yours.
Gerbera is a stunning flowers – and all the colors they come in those days. When I buy them they drop their heads straight away – so I have given up on them. The last photo I prefer today. Like the close up and the depth. Have a great weekend.
Thank you, Viveka. Mine droop after a day or two. A friend suggested I get floral wire and put that in the stem to keep them upright.
Most gerbera comes with a wire over here now – but still they look sad after a day or two – so difficult to have indoors and so beautiful in shape and shade.
Magnificent… once again I see more in these flowers than I would with the naked eye… magnificent..
Thank you so much.
So pretty! That last picture is gorgeous. 🙂
Thank you. I was experimenting with depth of field on that one.
Your flower shots are great. Thanks for sharing them. -Max-
Thank you, Max. I appreciate that.
Lovely. I love the last one as well. Nice DOF and I love how it fills the frame.
