A few days ago I noticed a single crocus poking out of the ground and my office. It was just a single white spike standing alone in the dirt. I’ve been waiting for it to bloom and today was the day. It didn’t pick a very good day though . . . it was very blustery and rainy. I did try to take some photos of if though and noticed a few other crocuses are starting to pop out to join it.

Lovely Capture = )
Thank you.
Crocuses are the best first spring flower! Hopefully it warms up and stops raining soon so you can enjoy them 🙂
I’m hoping so. It looks like March is going to go out like a lion. It’s very windy and raining. It will be good for all the spring flowers though.
Awesome macro. Good day Nonoy Manga
A lovely photo of a sweet little crocus. We had a beauty bloom in our garden planted by nature. What a nice surprise it was. It is gone now after snow, hail, monsoons, wind and very little sun. 😀
Yay! You’ve got flowers! Spring is here!
So the spring has arrived *smile for you too. Lovely shots – brought sunshine to our first grey day for 10 days,

Here’s one of my favorite German words… süß- sweet
Awww ….süß
What does that German word mean? My mother was German (born in US) but didn’t speak English until she went to school. She has some old German school books and I wish I was able to read them.
The article title is very sweet:)
