
Today was one of those cool, blustery days where the wind blows right though you.


I took a walk up the butte hoping to get some photos of grasses and other plants but it was blowing so hard everything was moving too much to get very many decent shots. On the backside of the butte, it was slightly sheltered so I was able to take a couple of shots. On the way back I noticed a juniper tree stump that was interesting. It was still a great day for a walk.

I can’t wait for spring when everything starts getting green.

Grasses are favorites of mine as subjects. . . very few calm days to shoot it, here in Colorado.
