In our region a very rare duck. I saw a copy a few days ago where I never suspected it. It was my first observation of its kind.
I wasn’t sure what kind of duck it was. I had to look it up on my Merlin bird app.
but it is clearly an aythya collaris. My photos are not as good as yours, I have very bad light
They always look mildly surprised.
