It has been very hot here recently (it hit 99 degrees yesterday) which make it impossible for me to go for my lunch hour walks. So last evening I went to Shevlin Park knowing that it would be cooler in the shade of the trees. It was still quite warm but much more comfortable.
I wanted to take some sunburst photos through the trees and whatever else came along. These are just a few photos along the way.

Obviously a good place for a walk on a hot day.
It was very nice. But the trees block out the light which makes photography a little more challenging.
What a way to bring the day to a close!
