probably high in humidity too.I would not like those conditions.I prefer cooler climates where all I have to do is put on something warmer.One can only strip down so much & with all that humidity,you can’t sweat to cool your body down!

It’s actually very dry here. We’re on the east side of the Cascades so we don’t get much moisture. That’s why we have so many wildfires every year.

Great shots Maralee! Your a natural! Our Rofous all took off weeks ago due to the heat.The Anna’s will be arring in a months time when it gets cooler.
It’s been unusually hot here. Mid 90s today and expected to stay like this for several days. Not my kind of weather.

Your lesser goldfinch is absolutely nothing like our goldfinch in the UK!
These are really tiny little birds. Not much bigger than a hummingbird.
