The High Desert Museum also has four different owls. I was able to photograph three of them, but the barred owl was in a location that was too dark to get any decent photos.

Yes they are alive. The museum has a number of live exhibits. I can see where the word museum would throw you a bit.
Wow wow wow I love owls. We have a few and about dusk is when they start hunting. I think it’s eerie to be in the woods behind my house and here a who who who. It always startles me. These are stunning photos! Wow
I love owls too. I don’t see them in the wild too often but I can hear them. They hide themselves pretty well among the trees.

Me too. They’re one of my favorite birds. I’m a big fan of the raptors.
