We took one day to drive up north to the Avenue of the Giants to see the large Redwood trees. I love trees and these Redwoods were wonderful to see, but it was an awfully long drive from where we were staying to take a drive through the Redwoods. Maybe it was just that by this time, we were tired of being in a car.
