Microbreweries are a big business in Bend. Every August, the Bend Brewfest event takes place over three days at the Les Schwab Amphitheater in the Old Mill District.
This year there were more than 60 breweries from around the country selling their craft brews.
Along with the beer comes good food. A great combination and hoards of people came from all over to enjoy.

There are a lot of small microbreweries here . . . a lot of great beer. But I’m not much of a beer drinker so I wouldn’t know what is good and what’s not.
A great combination… good food, beer and companions, what more could one ask for… love it…
Everyone seemed to be having a good time.
Ever the teacher, I enquire politely if it was hordes rather than hidden caches of visitors. Though I like the idea of hoards all locked in some cellar and let out for nice days like your beerfest.
