We use them in our scrambled eggs and a few other things. There’s nothing like fresh herbs from the garden.
Yes, they are suppose to be eaten. I leave mine for the birds and the bees. I don’t have the heart to cut and eat them. 😛
I especially like when you do this with flowers. It really causes my eye to zero in on the details of the central image.
