If you hadn’t noted this was a kite, at first glance I thought it looked like some meany had attached ribbons to a hawk’s wings (though how they did that without getting clocked didn’t enter my mind).
When I first saw it, my initial thought is that it was a hawk. A very big hawk.
It certainly , looks like a bird , a colorful one !
