It feels like summer here today – temperatures are in the upper 60’s. It’s a fantastic day to be outdoors.

This plant is actually an indoor plant, but I took it outside to photograph it, which created a little bit of wind to deal with. But I wanted to have natural light.

Coincidentally, mine are flowering as well. I’ve done spreads on them before, and will again, but meantime I’ll enjoy your photos.
This is my first cactus plant. I’m hoping I can keep it alive for awhile.
Brilliant and beautiful – as always … don’t really know what to say anymore.
The same old song. My pick this evening is … the second last photo.
Thank you, Viveka.
Gorgeous! I love your photography
Thank you so much.
Absolutely brilliant…. but then what else do we expect from Maralee….
Thank you, Rob. I appreciate it.
Beautiful photos, Maralee! My fave is the second-to-last one.
Thanks, Carissa.
Beautiful…. 🙂
Thank you, Zelmare.
Beautiful! Love that gorgeous colour. 🙂
Thanks, Inga. I think it was the color that attracted me to the plant in the first place.
I really love the color pink. And i really love these photos.
Thanks, Wendy. They brighten up a gray, dreary day.
That’s a Schlumbergera, also known as a Zygocactus, in case you didn’t know.
Thanks for letting me know what it is. I didn’t know. I just liked it because it was pretty. 🙂
