Day 281 – Fall Festival

This weekend was the annual Fall Festival here in Bend.  It was a very busy weekend for me and I didn’t have much time to spend there, but I wanted to go and take a look.

There was a lot going on . . . art, music, food and a lot of fun things for the kids.

Local Hawaiian musician, Bill Keale, happened to be performing while I was there.  I always get a little homesick for Hawaii when I hear Hawaiian music.

These are just a few snapshots from the festival.  Maybe next year I’ll have a little more time to spend there.

      1. No, I don’t. No matter. I hear Hawaiian music and the homesickness kicks in immediately. Doesn’t really matter who it is. I hear ukulele and slack-key and I’m a goner.

I'd love to hear from you
