Had a busy day/night and didn’t have much time to shoot. We have a single black-eyed Susan growing alongside our driveway so that was my focus for this shoot. Another stray seed blown in the wind. I have an area in my garden that is all black-eyed Susans which should be blooming soon.

we have a creeper called a black eyed susie, has a different flower to this.. but this is a magnificent photo.. I love the way the center of the flower is raised.. almost looks like a chocolate sweet…

I love black eyed Susans and they are happy to grow in the Pacific Northwest without struggle.
I have a section in my garden that is all black eyed Susans that hasn’t bloomed yet. I hope they all bloom at the same time.
