This little hummingbird sat on this branch for about 15 minutes. I think he was hiding from the other hummingbirds who were chasing each other. I took this from inside my house and focused through a small opening in the branches. Maralee

Hummingbird 12.05.16
It's December 5th, it's 25 degrees outside, and this little hummingbird is still showing up at my feeder. I've had to thaw the nectar in the morning as it has frozen overnight. I worry about this little guy. I hope it has found a warm place to nest because it's just going to get colder. Maralee

Middle of November. This guy shows up at my feeder. Something in not right here. I've NEVER seen a hummingbird at my feeder in November. And other people have told me they've still been having hummingbirds visit. I worry for these little fellows. Maralee
