On our way to the Wild-Eye Mara camp, we had to drive by one of the wildebeest crossing points. They were starting to build up on the other side of the river. Every year about 1.5 million wildebeest will travel from Tanzania to Kenya and cross the Mara river for food. It is a treacherous journey for them and filled with danger from predators and crocodiles.
