Are you sure it is a feather? Do you know what bird it comes from?
I’m asking because it looks like no feather I’ve seen before and I’m curious. Also, the end of the shaft does not look like it came out of something (not pointed). It looks more like something from a plant, but there too I’d have no idea of which plant.
Very interesting because it’s something new to me.
Don’t know. It certainly could have come from something else. There are a lot of small birds in this area and I just assumed it came from a bird. It’s along the river and there are no houses right along that area but who knows where it could have blown in from.
