Another sign of autumn in this neck of the woods is when the water in the canals is shut down for the winter. We went for a walk in the neighborhood last evening and the water has been drained from the canals. All that is remaining are a few puddles. But the autumn colors are in full splendor and it is quite beautiful. It won’t be long before the trees are bare and the snow will start to fall. All of these photos were taken with my iPhone.
