The owl couple came back to the park this year and have some new little ones. I caught one of them peeking out of its nest while mom and dad looked on from above. The area is fenced off so people don’t get too close, but I will be going back to get more glimpses of the babies.

Thank you. I went back to check on her yesterday and she was out of the nest sleeping. She was just a bundle of fur in the tree.
Very nice! I never have seen one by myself. Some years ago an Eurasian eagle-owl (Bubo Bubo) visited my brothers garden. This owl is huge 🙂
I’ve never seen an eagle-owl but I’ve heard about them and how big they are.
