I went down to the river yesterday to try to capture the sunset. Instead, I took photos of geese taking off and landing. It was just before sunset, the sun was low and very bright and I had to take some of the photos toward the sun. Thus, the flare. But it was fun watching them take off and land. I’ll be posting more in future days.

The sun really ought to know better.
:-). I’ll take the sun and warmth over the cold and gray any day. Even if it does get in the way of my photography.
