Today’s installment of tulips is white tulips. I was trying to photograph white tulips against a white background. I was able to get the tulips white but he background turned gray. So I had to do some adjustments in NIK Viveza to lighten the background a bit.

Another great set…
Thank you, Rob.
Gorgeous!!
Thanks, Lynn. Are you getting the current snowstorm that’s crossing the plains?
These are lovely 🙂
Thank you, David.
All are beautiful!
Thank you, Judy. Are you all settled back home in So. Cal?
Pretty much. Now I have “Spring Fever”! Enjoying your flowers.
Love tulips……….
Pam
Thanks, Pam.
Lovely results – anything in white is difficult to take photos of. You have done a great job, I like the inside close up.
Thanks, Viveka.
Very nice. I like how you used white background. White on white is always fun (because there are a million whites) and elegant.
Thank you, Pat. I’ve always liked white on white but it’s sometimes difficult to capture. I was hoping we’d get more snow this year so I could do some outdoor white-on-white. But was just didn’t get much this year.
I think there were parts of the US that would have enjoyed sharing some of their’s with you. 😉 I really appreciated the subtle quality of your whites.
I’m sure there are. 🙂 I really don’t mind not getting a lot of snow but it does make we worry about fire season this summer. It’s gets very dry here on the high desert in the summer and there are always wildfires and without a lot of snow, it makes it all that much worse. We can always hope for a rainy spring.
Beautiful images Maralee. I’m a bit jealous !
Thank you so much, Bella.
