I’ve made it through 1/3 of this project and there are only 244 days left to go. This year is going by much faster than I expected.
I have more tulip photos today. I’m sure by now, everyone is getting tired of tulips, tulips and more tulips. In just a short time the tulips will be gone until next spring so we may as well enjoy them while we can.
My co-worked brought these tulips in from new garden and I loved the contrast with the yellow and red. I though they were really beautiful.

Beautiful. Your photos look like oil painting ready for framing.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thank you so much.
Nicely done!!! Thanks for sharing Nonoy Manga
Thank you, Nonoy.
Lovely!
Thank you, Monica. I’m ready for the summer flowers to start blooming now. 🙂
love the second picture, looks like a painting to me. won’t hesitate to get it nicely framed and hang onto my bedroom wall 🙂 great job!
Thank you very much.
Wow, amazing!
Thanks, SKE. I appreciate it very much.
I vote for the first one, but I like “in tight” shots!
Thanks, Carissa. I’m finding that I’m really enjoying closeup photography. I hope to get a macro lens . . . soon. 🙂
Lovely photos, wish I could do the same.
Thank you. I appreciate it.
Beautiful … just like someone said .. it’s like oil paintings. Have hard time to chose today … been looking for a while now and I would pick the top one. Really stunning photos, Maralee.
Thanks, Viveka. I think the tulips are just about done for the year here although I have a couple in my yard that haven’t bloomed yet. Soon the summer flowers will start blooming. I’m looking forward to that.
As usual some superb pics…..
Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
Who could ever be tired of tulips? Not me.
beautiful.
I agree – I love tulips. I wish we had them year-round here.
There can never be too many tulips especially when you captured so well. As I hit the publish button last night the light dawned that I was indeed 1/3 of the way through the year. Slow down world 😉
They DO like paintings…great job!
What a beautiful colours, shots… Thank you dear Maralee, with my love, nia
Love love love these Maralee! I especially love the lighting in the second photo and it really does remind me of an oil painting. When you shoot Tulips the way you do there is no reason for you to stop….
Thank you so much. Before starting this project, I never paid too much attention to the flowers around me, but I have found that I really enjoy taking photos of the flowers. I’m looking forward to the summer flowers coming out.
the yellow and red combo is gorgeous.
These flowers and the pictures are beautiful!!! 🙂
