I have a busy day ahead of me so I went out early this morning to try get some photos before the sun was too bright and the wind was too strong. These photos were taking in my yard. One is a photo of lupine leaves that are just starting to grow and the other photo is a chives plant in my herb garden. I imagine the chives will be flowering before too long. In the meantime, I’ll be using some of the chives to cook with.

Thanks, Joanna. I love the flowers on lupines so I can’t wait for them to bloom. Everything is coming up early this year because of the mild winter we had.

The chives are so lovely with their tiny buds.
Lovely greens here…. with me breakfast – hard do decide witch is my favorite today … Lupine leaves are both sharp and soft in the photo. – so I go for that. *smile
