I made it to day 100.  I wasn’t sure I was going to though because I was having problems with my computer..  I could get into my WordPress dashboard, but there was no “visual/html” box so I couldn’t upload any photos.  I’m still trying to figure it out but it works okay on my husband computer, so here I am.  Has anyone else ever had that problem?

I know it’s spring when flower actually come out of the ground.  I noticed these tulips getting ready to bloom at work last week and I was hoping they would bloom today. . . and they did.

The dandelion is a sure sign of spring.

The other flower is from a bouquet that someone brought to the office last week.

  1. Nice shots.

As for the problem with the computer, lately when I’ve been having issues with WordPress it’s because I messed up something.

For instance, recently I lost the dialog to cpoy a post. Turns out I had minimized it, so it was not showing when I clicked on the option.

It’s a little frustrating because often it’s not obvious there are “switches” you can throw, so you can accidentally turn stuff off.

If it works in another computer, try flushing the cache on yours, and also clear all the WordPress cookies (in case it remembers settings). If that does not help, e-mail support. You’ll eventually feel like a fool because it was something simple, but at least it will be working again.

If none of that helps, scarifice a chicken, burn a candle, and do the “I want my PC to work” dance. It won’t work either, but it will give you something else to do.

  2. Thanks for all the good advice. After a lot of kicking, screaming, and cursing at my computer (which really didn’t do much good), we got it figured out. My husband, with all good intentions, disabled java script because he was concerned about a virus on Mac computers. Once we enabled that, it was fine. But it took some searching to figure out that was all it was (and some lost sleep time).

  3. Dandelion – a bit of annoying in the garden, but it’s really a beautiful flower … but I connect them with the early summer – could be wrong. Top photo is mine today.

  4. Beautiful!! The first one looks like a swaddled baby. Perfect. 😉

I saw a field of dandelions yesterday. They looked so bright and pretty, but I-5 is not a good place to stop for a photo. I love the wax flowers in the bouquet. I don’t think they grow locally, a florist’s staple that I think comes from California, they smell so sweet and are beautiful. 😀

I'd love to hear from you
