There are some pretty massive trees in Yosemite and the best way to capture them is to lie down and shoot looking up. Even that doesn't really tell the whole story. We met these two deer on our way out of the park. Maralee

I came across this tiny little pine tree on my walk yesterday. What drew my attention was the yellow in the center. Maralee

We came across these burned out trees in a field and I had to photograph them. It was just after sunset so there was just enough light to silhouette them against the sky. Taken with my iPhone. Maralee
The Fog is Lifting
While at the Spartan race on Saturday, once the fog started to lift it created a beautiful mist among the trees. Maralee
