If you have followed my blog for any amount of time, you may remember that there is a great blue heron that I stalk every year about this time. I’ve been working on using my Nikon D500 video and have been waiting to get this heron fishing. A couple of weeks ago I missed by about a minute. This week I patiently waited several hours on several days and FINALLY got it fishing. Here is the result:

Wow, that was great and very nicely put together! I’m amazed the herons catch fish in that fast moving water.
This Heron fishes in this area regularly. I think there a small calm area where the fish come.
