Winter has finally arrived on the high desert. We’ve had some snow for the last two days and more is expected this weekend. It is a brisk -2°F outside this morning, although I expect it to warm up a little bit. At least I hope it does.
The birds are more active at the feeder when it is cold and snowy like this.

I would say winter is for the birds but I think even they want spring to come quickly 🙂
I thought we’d gotten through winter without the cold and snow but no such luck. 🙂 Its sunny but cold today but we’re supposed to get more snow over the weekend.

I don’t mind the snow too much. I’m just dealing with some ankle tendon issues right now and can’t get out to enjoy it much. I’m working on healing them but it’s taking some time.
Good for you for being smart. I hold you in my Heart so healing is complete and recovery is short and sweet. 🌺
