Ladybug and Pupa

I learn a lot from the blogs I follow.

This weekend I was taking photos of some ladybugs and I saw this unusual “thing” on the plant. I wasn’t sure what it was but shortly after I read this blog from The Wilden Marsh. It was a ladybug pupa.

It was a very windy afternoon and it was difficult to take a clear photo of the ladybugs but I will be back again when the wind dies down to try get more photos.

If you want to see the life-cycle of the ladybug, you can find a short article here.
