This is the first ladybug I’ve seen in my garden in about 3 years. I was very excited to see it. There was another on under a leave but I wasn’t able to get to it to photograph it.

I’ve had quite a few ladybugs for several years. Perhaps it’s because I’m ‘blessed’ with enough aphids to keep them happy. 😉
We’ve got a few ladybugs who are doing their darndest to take out the aphids on our maple tree. Unfortunately, their tiny numbers are no match for the hoard of aphids on our tree.
