I was invited by Steve Boer to do the 5 day black and white challenge. I believe I’m supposed to nominate someone else to the challenge but so many of my readers have already done it that I’m going to challenge anyone who hasn’t done it to do the challenge.
Here’s day 1: Down by the River

This could have been taken on a blazing hot day but the black and white effect makes it look snowy and frosty, delicate and lacey… beautiful.
This was taken very recently on my lunch hour walk along the river. We don’t have any leaves on the trees yet but it has turned quite warm for this time of year. I think the leaves will be blooming very soon.
A very good start. Can you top it?
