This quail “couple” was rolling around in the dirt in our yard and seemed oblivious to the fact that I was sitting about 10 feet away from them. 
I’m not sure why they roll around in the dirt, but maybe its how they clean themselves.

I love it when that happens… they seem to look at you yet not register and carry on as though you’re not there… love the captures…
