I had these little yellow birds at my bird feeder a few days ago.
I didn’t want to disturb them so I took these photos through my office window. They’re a bit fuzzy, but I thought they were pretty.

It looks like an American Goldfinch to me.
I think you’re right. I haven’t seen to many of these so it was fun to see. I’m still waiting for our hummingbirds to return. I haven’t seen any yet this year.
We have a lot if the goldfinches here. I haven’t seen any hummingbirds yet, but then we’ve been gone for a while.
They are similar to a bird we get here but I checked it is not known there by you… I still like your photos thru the glass…

Looks more like the Lesser Goldfinch.
