If my research is correct, this is a Brewer’s Blackbird. 
I was taking a walk at the park yesterday and there were several of these in a bush as I was walking by. 
This one was kind enough to stay long enough for me to get some shots of is.

I love the pose of #1. Who knew that a black bird would make such a nice photo?
They have nice iridescent colors when the light hits them at the right angle . . . but they always look pissed off.
I have a hard time telling these guys from starlings, so have a tendency to ignore them. Perhaps I’ll start paying more attention!
