It has been snowing continuously since yesterday morning. Just to get an idea of how much snow we’ve received in the last 18 hours, here is a photo I posted yesterday afternoon along with a photo of the same place I took at 7 a.m this morning. I think I’ve got some shoveling to do.

Maralee

We have had quite the winter here in Maryland. Numerous days where the tempreture did not get above freezing but sadly.. Not much snow to show for it so far….. Any plans to walk around and find something to photograph outside today?
Yes, if I can dig my way out of the house. I’ll probably spend a couple hours shoveling snow first this morning.
I guess that is one reason why I should not complain huh.. I have not had more than 5 inches to shovel this entire winter :-). Well be careful and take breaks….
Very nice composition!
Thank you very much.
Great gallery … and talk about getting more snow – all our is gone now .. and but I’m sure there is more to come. Snow makes everything so soft and gentle.
This was the most snow we’ve had at one time in many years. I couldn’t leave my house for 2 days.
Wow, I would love to have a winter wonder land like that – but this year it doesn’t want to. Still only dull and grey sky, now the little snow we got .. has rained away.
Very bad floodings in UK – the Themes has flooded .. terrible to see. On the news every evening over here.
It has warmed up considerably since the snowstorm and now it’s raining and melting all the snow. Now we’re under a flood advisory for the low lying areas. I don’t live in a low lying area so we’ll be fine, but there is a lot of standing water on the roads right now.
Toooooooo cool!
It sure is beautiful, but what a headache!!! I’m so sore from shoveling for 3 hours on Saturday that I can hardly move. And I only got through 1/3 of the driveway. Lucky for us, a very kind neighbor plowed us out Saturday night.
LOL…looks like my world.
It was kind of nice being snug at home while the snow is raging outside.
You are most definitely making me appreciate our rain even more than I already did! 🙂
We certainly needed the moisture.
A highly scientific measuring gauge.
:-). It works 🙂
No need to shovel . . . it’s already in the wheelbarrow . . .
And its still in the wheelbarrow.
