Miranda got some high quality catnip for New Years and it is driving her crazy. She is all over it. I think it’s like a drug for her . . . she’s all over it for a while and then passes out for a bit. She’s so darned cute.

Very beautiful … just love tabby cats … my little Zoda was grey and light apricot. Whisky was the alpha man, black with a little white details under his chin. When he went outdoors all male cats run off – and he was castrated. One beautiful male cat. Thanks for bringing my memories back.

Oh yes, some cats go absolutely crazy for catnip. Back when I was a teen, we’d forgotten to put the catnip mouse away before we left the house. We came home to a limp, completely empty catnip mouse, and cat laying limply on the scattered catnip. It was pretty funny!
:-). Miranda will sleep on top of the empty bag after playing with it. I think she just wants that scent all over her.
