Wow …. love them all, but as Judy – the last one is magical, even if I’m not that found of black and white. This is Seattle for me too.
Seattle is such a great city. So much to see and do.
These are AMAZING shots, but the last one = WOW! We are planning on visiting Seattle as part of a PCH roadtrip later this summer. What are the best locations for getting shots of the Space Needle? I’m ESPECIALLY curious to know where you were when you took that last shot! Did you go up the Space Needle? I’ve heard it’s gorgeous to visit, but not to bother going up as that’s a tourist trap. I’d love ANY advice you can share!
Thanks for your comments. I’m not particularly familiar with Seattle – my stepson was living there for several years so every time we went there he would take us around. I will be seeing him this weekend and will ask him about the best spots to see. I know the last photo was taking at a small park on a hill just north of Seattle. There was another park we went to that had spectacular views of the city. You’ll definitely have to go to Pikes Market – there is much to see there. My night shot on another post was taken from West Seattle. There is a great beach there and wonderful views of the city. I’ve been up in the Space Needle a couple of times. The views are spectacular if the day is clear. If its clear you can see Mt. Rainier. I’ll let you know more after I talk to my stepson this weekend. Seattle is a fabulous city.
