My photo today is rather unimpressive, but I had to do something.
Hubby and I went out to dinner tonight to celebrate the fourth anniversary of my heart attack. Every year on this day I like to do something to celebrate the fact that I came through that period of time and am healthy and strong. I decided to photograph the red wine because of its positive heart benefits (in moderation of course).
Maralee

And many more . . .
Thanks.
Just be be clear . . . I meant the anniversary, and not, you know, the attack.
I figured that. 🙂
Congratulations dear Maralee, I wish you both many years more.. Thank you, love, nia
Thank you, Nia
Cheers! To your health! May God continue to bless you with good health.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thank you, Francine.
Heart attack.??.. you look so young… and you’re always walking… may there be 100 more anniversaries for this day… and be healthy and drink more red wine… how lucky we are you came through the attack….
I’m really not that young, but not that old either. I was 55 when I had my heart attack. Doctors were surprised because I had no indicators. I had low blood pressure, low cholesterol, I was a marathon runner . . . so we were all taken aback by that event.
Congratulations! I have a similar ‘anniversary’ that always causes much reflection. And there is nothing wrong with red wine ‘sort of’ moderation!
Thank you. We have to appreciate every day.
Celebration of life… Congrats!!! 🙂
Thank you, Zelmare.
Oh my. That’s very scary, Maralee. I didn’t know. I’m glad you’ve recovered and are able to go about your life quite well, it seems, from where I’m sitting.
I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with red wine. We drink it purely for medicinal purposes too. 🙂
Thank you, Christine. I appreciate every day.
I’m so glad you made it and know that you’ll be celebrating many more!
Thanks you, Carissa.
