The sun is setting earlier now and if I’m going to go walking after work, I have to do it as soon as I get home. The sun is lower in the sky and has a wonderful glow to it.
The weeds are going to seed and some have this wonderful fuzzy stuff (I don’t now what else to call it) on them. I loved the way they glowed in the sun.
The little ladybug was sitting on one of the weeds. I almost missed seeing her – she was pretty well camouflaged.

The first one looks like some type of elaborate alien bug . . . nice.
Maybe we’re being invaded by alien bugs. I’ve been noticing more spiders in the house – maybe the aliens are driving them indoors.
I’m sure they call that fuzzy stuff “fuzzy stuff” .. love the photos…
Thanks, Rob. We have a lot of “fuzzy stuff” going on around here these days. 🙂
I absolutely love all of your photos, Mar! The ladybug was exquisite.
Time to switch to night photography soon?
Thank or indoor photography. :-). I’d actually like to try some nighttime light painting.
I love the ladybug picture with the soft, fuzzy background! 🙂
Thanks, Zelmare. Ladybugs are one of my favorite bugs. I haven’t seen too many of them this year. I was one early on in the spring and was happy to find this little fellow.
