A couple of nights before we left Hawaii, we had dinner with a couple of friends at their home in Kula. Although there was a band of clouds around Haleakala, the sunset was still beautiful from 5,000 feet up the side of the mountain. Maralee

Our grandson's first birthday luau was las night at a gorgeous residence in Kailua. It was on a canal going into Kailua Bay. And we couldn't have asked for better weather. Maralee
